Advertisers · Revision 2026.2 · Effective 2026-01-01
These terms set out how campaigns run on AdsProfit.net, how we bill them, and what each side owes the other. They apply to every advertiser account.
These terms cover every campaign that you book on AdsProfit.net. They take effect when you create an advertiser account and stay in force until the account is closed.
AdsProfit.net runs an advertising network. We do not own or operate the publisher websites that display your banners, and we promise no particular number of impressions, clicks or conversions.
When you book campaigns for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company to these terms.
You choose the email address and the password for your account. Keep both private. If you suspect that somebody else uses your credentials, tell us through the contact form and change the password.
Deposits fund your advertiser wallet. The minimum deposit is $50.00. Credit becomes spendable once the payment provider confirms the payment.
Unused wallet credit is refundable on request through the contact form. We deduct payment provider fees that we cannot recover from the provider.
Wallet credit earns no interest, and we hold advertiser funds separately from our operating funds.
Each campaign sets a pricing model, the target countries, a maximum bid and a daily budget. CPM, CPC and CPA are available; SmartCPM campaigns are billed at the clearing price of the auction and never above your maximum bid.
The portal shows the permitted minimum and maximum daily budget when you create a campaign. When spend reaches the daily budget, delivery pauses until the next calendar day.
You may pause a campaign at any time. Pausing does not refund spend that already occurred before the pause.
Target countries control delivery only. We do not check whether your offer meets the law of those countries; that duty stays with you.
You upload SVG, PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF files in one of the 9 supported banner sizes. We reject a creative that carries executable code, an obfuscated payload or a redirect to a domain other than the declared target URL.
You confirm that you hold every right needed for the creative and for the landing page, and that the landing page serves content over HTTPS.
A rejected creative stays in your library. We publish it nowhere and we charge nothing for impressions it never delivered.
We bill per delivered impression for CPM campaigns, per recorded click for CPC campaigns and per verified conversion for CPA campaigns.
Our remuneration is the platform margin that the advertiser portal shows for your account.
Daily spend and every charge appear in the advertiser portal. A disputed line item must reach us through the contact form within 30 days after the reporting date. After that period we treat the reported figures as accepted.
A CPA campaign needs a target cost per conversion. We measure that target for each publisher placement that delivers the campaign.
We stop delivering your campaign on a placement in two cases: the spend on that placement passes the target without a single conversion, or the cost per conversion passes 1.5 times the target. Delivery on that placement resumes when you raise the target or when its performance moves back inside the target.
A conversion counts only after we verify the signed server-to-server postback. We discard a second postback that repeats an existing click identifier.
You carry full responsibility for the advertised offer and for the way you present it.
We sell advertising space, not commercial results. We do not promise sales, leads or any other business outcome.
Our liability per campaign is capped at the amount you paid for that campaign during the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health stays unlimited.
Neither party answers for lost profit, lost data or indirect damage.
You indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from your creative, your landing page or your product, as far as the claim results from your breach of these terms.
The agreement runs without a fixed end date. Either party may terminate it with 30 days notice to the end of a calendar month.
We may amend these terms with 14 days notice and announce the change in the advertiser portal. If you do not object before the amendment takes effect, the amended text becomes part of the agreement. If you object, either party may terminate the agreement.
We may suspend an account without notice when we detect fraud, a legal violation or a payment default. Suspension stops delivery; it does not cancel the duty to pay for spend that already occurred.
If a clause of these terms is invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. The invalid clause is replaced by the rule that comes closest to its commercial purpose.
These terms follow the law of England and Wales. The courts of London have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule grants you another forum.
No clause of these terms limits a right that mandatory law grants to a consumer.

Publishers · Revision 2026.2 · Effective 2026-01-01
These terms describe how zones serve banners, how we split revenue and when we pay out. They apply to every publisher account.
A publisher account holds one or more zones. You create a zone for a single placement on a website that you control and you give that zone a minimum CPM floor.
You confirm that you may place advertising on the website you register. If you act for the site owner, you confirm that the owner authorised you.
A new zone becomes active as soon as you create it. Test the generated embed code on a staging page before you publish it, because delivery starts with the first request that the zone receives.
You keep your credentials private and tell us through the contact form if somebody else uses your account.
You embed the container that we generate for each zone and you leave its geometry untouched. The container reserves the space of the banner before the banner loads; changing its dimensions moves page content while the banner loads, and that hurts your own visitors.
The container carries a close control. Keep that control visible and working at every viewport size.
Do not layer other elements over the banner, do not hide the banner behind reduced opacity, and do not load the container inside a hidden element.
Do not modify the banner document we deliver. It runs in its own restricted context and reports clicks to us; a modified copy breaks click accounting for both sides.
You receive the gross advertiser spend of your zones minus the platform margin that the publisher portal shows for your account.
We credit revenue per delivered impression, per recorded click and per verified conversion, depending on the pricing model of the campaign that served the zone.
The publisher portal shows impressions, clicks, conversions and credit per day. A disputed figure must reach us through the contact form within 30 days after the reporting date.
One payout threshold applies to every method: $5.00. Payout periods run from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the last day of the month. We pay a closed period within 15 days after it ends.
Available methods are Paxum, PayPal, USDT (TRC20), WebMoney and international wire transfer. Transfer fees that the provider charges reduce the paid amount.
We pay only to an account in your name. Announce a change of payout details through the contact form before the next payout run.
Traffic counts as invalid when it comes from automated browsers, from click farms, from incentivised clicks, from repeated clicks of the same visitor or from a placement that hides or overlays the banner.
We credit no revenue for invalid traffic. We may correct a settled balance in a later payout and we may suspend a zone while we investigate.
Our click filter limits clicks per IP address and minute and blocks known bot signatures. A limit protects the advertisers and therefore protects your payout.
Report suspicious third-party traffic on your sites through the contact form; a report helps us keep the auction clean instead of penalising you twice.
You answer for the content of your websites and for the way you integrate the zones.
Our liability per zone is capped at the credit that zone earned during the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health stays unlimited.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice to the end of a calendar month. We may suspend a zone immediately when we detect fraud.
We may amend these terms with 14 days notice and announce the change in the publisher portal. If you do not object before the amendment takes effect, the amended text applies.

This document lists the data that AdsProfit.net stores, why we store it, how long it stays and how you reach us about it.
AdsProfit.net runs this advertising network and decides how the data described here is used.
We reach every data subject through the contact form. We answer a request within 30 days. If you write to us, we use your message only to answer it.
An account record holds only what the portal needs to run the account:
Every banner request, click and login carries an IP address. We use it to spot repeated clicks from one address within a short window, to block automated traffic and to throttle repeated login attempts.
That IP data lives in the memory of the worker that handled the request. It leaves memory when the worker restarts or when older entries are evicted to make room, whichever comes first. We write it to no database.
A contact message stores your name, email address, topic and text long enough to answer it. The platform does not keep a copy in the database; the operational log holds the message with a masked email address.
We do not publish the exact thresholds of the click and submission filters. A published threshold would tell an attacker where the filter starts, so the limit would stop working.
We process account and billing data to perform the contract: serving banners, computing spend and credit, and paying publishers.
We process IP addresses and click patterns to defend against fraud. Advertisers pay for traffic, so a network that tolerates fake clicks fails both sides of the market.
We process your contact message to answer it. We send no newsletter and we do not build advertising profiles about visitors of publisher sites.
Cloudflare hosts the application and stores the database and the banner files. Cloudflare processes the data on our instruction and outside the European Union.
Payment providers receive the payout details that a transfer requires. We pass on nothing beyond what the transfer needs.
We sell no data. We share no visitor data with advertisers; an advertiser sees aggregated impressions, clicks and conversions per campaign.
Account data stays until you close the account. Requests to delete an account reach us through the contact form.
Billing and payout records stay for the period that applicable tax law requires, because we must be able to prove the figures in a later audit.
Daily statistics stay while the account exists; they are the basis of every settlement.
The portal sets one cookie: af_session. It holds a signed session token, carries the HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes, and expires after 8 hours or when you sign out.
We set no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no third-party cookie. The banner document that runs on publisher sites sets no cookie at all.
Because the single cookie is required to keep you signed in, the portal runs without a consent banner. Clearing the cookie signs you out.
You may ask what we store about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. One message through the contact form covers any of these.
We answer within 30 days. If we need more time, we tell you why before the period ends.
If you believe that we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence. AdsProfit.net grants these rights to every user, whether or not a data protection statute applies to us.
We publish a new version of this document with a new revision number and a new effective date. A change that widens a use of your data needs 14 days notice, announced in the portal.
The current revision and effective date appear at the top of this page.

Who runs AdsProfit.net, how to reach the team and who answers for which content.
AdsProfit.net is the trading name under which this advertising network operates. The operator runs the network, the auction, the billing and the payouts described in this document.
The contract partner for advertisers and publishers is AdsProfit.net. The name above, this page and the contact form identify the party you contract with.
The contact form is the only contact channel. It reaches the team that handles accounts, billing, payouts and data requests.
We answer account and billing questions within 3 business days. A data request follows the 30 day period described in the privacy section.
We give no advice by telephone and we accept no notices by post, because we cannot verify a sender without the account context that the form records.
The operator answers for the content of this website. Advertisers answer for their creatives and landing pages; publishers answer for the sites that carry the zones.
A banner on a publisher site is delivered by AdsProfit.net but selected from the campaign of an advertiser. A complaint about the advertised product belongs to the advertiser, and the contact form forwards it.
This page is the complete agreement. It carries revision 2026.2, took effect on 2026-01-01 and covers advertising, publishing, data protection and contact in one document.
